Kittens

What's been missing for me starting back on Blip is my cats and dogs. They were my passion for photographing. It's been over a year now since my last cat, Sammy, passed away. 

Recently I have made plans to get two kittens from a local grass fed beef farm. They have a lot of children who play with the barn cats. These cats could not be sweeter or friendlier if they tried. So I asked for two kittens from a litter later this year.

I would prefer two girls. Thinking of calling them Penny and π. I was imagining trying to explain at the vet's office how to spell π (pronounced Pie) on her records. Could be fun or could be a disaster. Either way, I like the combo. Don't know yet if it will stick.

They seem to have a lot of black or orange or calicos. I have always wanted an orange girl...
