Dirty knees!

Pinch, punch…..

I’m not feeling great! I woke with an irritated throat - not exactly sore. GravyC and I did our usual Tuesday run, which was okay….I measure my heart rate always.

I did a LFT because I was going into the clinic - negative.

I realised I was very croaky pretty quickly, but felt ok until about 3pm…..now I’m at home dealing with Mr dirty knees!!!
