A Wild Day !

We woke after a stormy night to an extremely windy morning ! It was interspersed by lashing rain but the contrast in light was impressive ranging from ink black to dark mauves and navy blue . 
We made a picnic and walked on Calgary Beach but ate in the car ! 
Then a trip to Dervaig stores and a coffee in Tobermory. Everywhere has sadly been hit by the Lockdowns as we thought some places were noticeably down at heel . Such a shame .
We came back by Loch na Keal and stopped by the glaciated rocks with their smoothed surfaces to watch birds on the Loch . Lots of oyster catchers and divers .
