Peace and quiet

Apologies to Norfolk Doc! I do like to sit outside once the kids have gone in and the noise subsides. This was when I remembered my blip!!

This evening involved prepping for tomorrow - I like to be prepared!

Noo has played out all day, and I thought I’d lost him at one point. He was languishing in his den!

I ran this morning, but it hasn’t been so hot today. We are anticipating more good weather, but I (and possibly ZQ) will be off ‘up north’ - my mum is due to start another round of treatment.
