Running at dusk.

This makes my heart sing! I finished work and was able to run before dark. It makes such a difference to my life!!

I’ve been home a little while now. I’ve even had time for a bath. Noo has been training at the rugby club so peace is about to be shattered, but all-in-all, this is a good day.
