Hard Graft

After weeks of wondering how the hell to get rid of the thousands of weeds on my driveway, I realised the only way was through hard graft and determination.... I've been spraying them with Resolva for months (recommended by my neighbours) but they die but then more grow. On closer inspection I noticed that had been killed and no more had grown, so this morning I decided to work systematically and do small areas more thoroughly, and it worked. Pulling them out from deep between the wavy bricks, I worked out there for about 45 minutes until my fingers got a cut and were bleeding, so I called it a day. I still have the right hand side to do, but I'm happy with the progress. Going to nuke them with Resolva when I've finished! 

It was really pleasant out there - sunny and bright, but the air was very cool and it was so windy! I had visions of getting more jobs ticked off my list but after a snack and a nap, Lucy came and then I lost my momentum.
