Replenished

Late afternoon involved an emergency trip to the shop to restock on Yorkshire Tea.

Yesterday ended for me at 2am this morning, and today began at 4am. Lots on my mind and a body that is restless. I almost didn’t do ParkRun, but I have an accountability partner…so I did. Not much in the tank today though.

Park Running improved things and I came home to spend time with Noo and do my chores. I managed to read a bit more and had a visit from a friend who stayed for dinner.

I feel that I must find time to cut the grass tomorrow.
