Apace

Had a good sleep and did a bit of a tidy up and some laundry before having a zoom call, then caught up on some admin (including realising I’ve made a massive mess up with my diary next week and had to write and grovel apologies to someone for double booking myself and having to let her down) before walking down to town for a Board meeting. Arrived a bit early so I walked around St Andrew’s Sq gardens. Now so much Christmas stuff is out there wasn’t much of a queue to sit next to Paddington so I bagged a chance to take a photo to send to the kids…and it turned out to be my only photo today.
The meeting went well..a real sense of momentum and positive backing throughout. Nice to catch up and chat with people too in the break and at the end.
Walked home, collecting a couple of parcels on the way, then wrote my shopping list for tomorrow when I’ll need to do some preparatory cooking for the weekend. Bake-off final tonight, then I’ll have another early night.
