Annual Howl-O-Ween Festival at Bridgeland

The Witchey Women and her Bull Dog heat up the runway at the Bridgeland Howl-O-Ween festival. The runway got so hot out in the sun that most of the dogs didn't make it all of the way across! Houston in October!
