The Feast Day of St Perpetua and Saint Felicity.

The blackbird is singing in the garden as I write this and the dear cats are being playful and exploring.
The houseplants are at risk from the cats because in their kitten like interest in everything, they seem to enjoy digging in compost. I have shifted many plants and it is always with their safety in mind.
Paul is due home from the PET scan in Preston. He did not have it yesterday as planned, simply because he ate a mint while stuck in traffic on the way to the scan yesterday. This scan included a radiated substance and it always distresses me as they say avoid going near certain categories of people after it. I hope he is coping at a very challenging time.
