I was blessed to go for a walk to the Best One shop and buy our newspaper, before the heavy rain. It is set for the day.
Paul is up in his Music room where it is quieter than in the conservatory, where the rain on the roof is very loud.
Holly and Hunter had a good run about and are now sleeping peacefully.
Longing for some dry days so the lawn can stop being a swamp!
I will be having an indoor day, doing housework, washing and vacuuming. Then some reading, watching Mass from Ireland and knitting. I will spend some time on Social Media.
The new greenhouse roof and windows are made from polycarbonate. The wind was so strong here that at 4pm Paul noticed two roof pieces were missing from the greenhouse! We searched and found one piece in our garden but the wind had carried the other missing piece into the next door neighbour 's hedge. Paul went round to reclaim it.
