The Good Life. Growing in the greenhouse.

The Feast Day of Saint Athanasius.
Today is my brother in law's birthday. He is now the same age as my sister. I won't

tell you their exact age, but they are a couple of years younger than Paul and me. Both are excellent grandparents.

I am sitting with my feet up watching Escape to the Country, because with the gorgeous warm weather, 19c and feels like 19c, I have done more walking than usual. So far, 8321steps. My aim is a daily 6000 steps.

The blip collage is an attempt to give you a glimpse into our greenhouse. There are 12 shelves and it is very useful for starting seedlings. The two barrel planters have potatoes in them.

I have used modular trays for wildflowers and window box planters for Calendula, Cornflowers, Cosmos, Icelandic poppies and Giant Holly Hocks. There are Alliums, Anenomes and Alpine, Chives and Strawberries.

The lovely warm weather is helping them get established.

It is forecast to rain over the weekend so I am making the most of the sunny days.
