It is a little cooler this morning but gradually the sunshine is getting through.
I have been out to buy our newspaper and The Accrington Observer. I'm watching the Jeremy Vine Show, where they are discussing the local election results and how things turned out. Blackpool South is highlighted.
The blackbirds are singing and I noticed a goldfinch in someone's front garden.
The cats are super fascinated by a van at the front of the Close.
I'm about to go and make some breakfast and a Gold Blend decaffeinated coffee.
It looks like a lovely day is about to unfold.
