O had a much deserved day off and after sleeping in until 12 o'clock he treated his late night taxi driver (ME) and my Mum and A to a meal out. Very yummy!!

Managed another swim...adding on a length to yesterday and I am still managing to swim to the same time (30 mins) as when I started doing 14 lengths with a gammy knee!!!
