It's that time of the week again...

It's not gourmet by any measure - it's tikki masala from the local Sainsbury's, but it is amazingly delicious. Seriously, I would be quite happy being served this in a restaurant; and to make things more delicious, they've improved what was already a great recipe. Having said the word 'delicious' twice in the past two sentences, I've come to realise just how often I use that word on a daily basis.

To accompany the fine food, we are also catching up on Monday night's 'Young Apprentice'. This Wednesday night tradition is fast becoming my favourite night of the week - I love curry night!

And, we're having chocolate cookies for dessert :)
