New neighbour

Pretty sure she's a blackbird. She's made a nest up high by my front door, as I discovered this afternoon. (Yep, all that bark, moss, twigs, mud and grass has been imported while I wasn't looking.)

Not sure she's picked all that safe a place - it will be dry enough and quite sheltered, but any cat or possum that finds out will have no trouble getting to it.

There are currently no eggs, but I suspect there will be.
I'll have a good view of her comings and goings from my window, so we'll see how she goes.
