The Dragons still breathing fire
Tonight the Dragons were home to Zebra, and after a stuffing last week at the hands of Munster and Zebras first win which was on Welsh it was expected to be a tough match.
Zebrs fielded a strong side with the likes of Ratuvou, Bergamasco, Garcia, Orquera, Leonard and Perugini including a few other seasoned internationals, they were certainly looking for more Welsh blood. But tonight that didnt happen. After a tense first 40 mins, the Dragons went into half time 16-0 up after scoring right in the corner just before halftime.
The second half started where the first left off. The Dragons soon increased their lead with another try. The pressure just kept mounting on Zebras and they conceded another making that 3. The Dragons kept looking for their 4th to secure a bonus point, but that was just out of reach. A great game and another home win for the Dragons making it their 100th home win.
Busy day tomorrow, first off I am taking photos at the Newport Food Festival and the more rugby as Newport will be chasing their first win of the season as they take on Swansea.
