Baaaaah!

Doban to Macchapucchre Base Camp today.
Another section of long uphill, plodding up one foot after the other.

Met a flock of these chaps after lunch though, who were fascinated in my camera!

Once we arrived at MBC (a misnomer since Macchapucchre is not climbed due to the Nepalese status as a spiritual mountain..) we had a beautiful clear evening for watching the sunset glow across the snowy peaks. Decided to go for this photo in the end since I'm sure sunset on the Annapurnas has been photographed many times before...
