Jayne Doll on the Spanish Steps

The first photo of our first full day in Rome! I really went to town with the Graphics 'Jayne Doll' and took photos of her all over Rome, here she is on the Spanish Steps! Carried her around in a little plastic box and everything! (more history on the Jayne Doll here!)

Our first day started with cappuccino and pastry and then we went off to join a walking tour which sadly didn't happen due to the guide being ill so I totally got to put my Rome knowledge to use and we walked off up The Spanish Steps along to The Pincio for amazing views and down to Piazza Del Poppolo and then we decided we could find our way to St Peter's and we did! We had pizza from a kiosk and then set off to the Cathedral only to find it was closed for the afternoon! So, back to out end of town in Historico Centrico where we sat and had ice cream by the pantheon on the last day of November! amazing!
We joined the evening walking tour of Ancient Rome and then went to my favourite restaurant La Segrestia on a parallel street to where we were staying. A very good day!
