Old timer

There's something about Kirkby Lonsdale that attracts what I can only describe as 'motor interest groups'. Usually, it's motorbikes: there's an annual Harley Davidson weekend, for example, where a lot of the visitors camp at the rugby club, and party there in the evening but wander 'round the town during the day looking amazing. And, in addition to the bikes, there appear to be several vintage car days (or maybe weekends).

To be honest, I don't know whether the vintage cars are grouped in some way. Maybe some weekends are for particular makes or periods. But I do like seeing them around, like this little fellow, today, and his younger pal just behind him, nestled in amongst the far more generic modern generation.
