Olivia's first birthday!

We celebrated Olivia's first birthday in Spain with my Mum, Dad, my brother and sister-in-law.
Mum had a cake made which Olivia wasn't too interested in (how things have changed!) and we spent the day relaxing and playing by the pool.

Olivia is such an amazing little girl and has coped admirably with all of the travel she has done so far in such a short time. She finds it difficult when Mummy leaves for work in the morning (as does Mummy) but Malcanti soon settles her down and I am rewarded with the biggest kisses and cuddles when I get home. We have had lots of visitors this year in Oman which has been lovely so even though we live a long way away I hope Olivia will still have a close relationship with family.

Malcanti always said that we love each other too much, but I hope that was just a mis-translation, as we could never love you too much as to us you are absolutely perfect and you have changed our lives for the better. We can't wait to celebrate many many more birthdays with you darling, xxx
