Today's the day ....................... to be crowned

Guess where I had to go today? And I have to admit that I wasn't looking forward to it because it's a while since I have had to have anything done at the dentist. It seemed like a big job to me too - to have a tooth crowned.

However, things have obviously moved on in the world of dentistry. You don't have to take impressions and get a tooth laboratory to make a crown. With the help of some clever computer programme, my dentist actually made me a tooth there and then - exactly the right shape and colour to match in with the rest of my teeth.

I needed have worried at all - but then I do have the best dentist in the whole world .....................
