Afternoon with Julia III

Another afternoon with Julia.

Julia is truly my guide to exploring Magdeburg. Though I am in this city for more than 4 and half years, every time we've met she has shown me a new face of the city. Today we went to St.-Johannis Church and climbed 285 stairs to reach top of right tower. Julia's stairs shots one and two.

I have seen Magdeburg most of the time from the ground level. The view from the tower was stunning and it filled my eyes completely. The weather was cloudy but still warm enough and the gentle wind was blowing. Though not able to fly but feeling inside was the same. Had to put some coins to use a powerful Telescope there. We stayed at the tower for more than one and half hours, looking down at small cars and people on the ground, pointing fingers to the landmarks far away from us while our eyes navigated through them one by one.

Afterwards, together we went to Alex Café and ate ice cream. Had a great discussion, though have to admit that sometimes I become like a chatterbox, but Julia is a great listener. When we departed, time had crossed a distance of 2 hours and 40 minutes.

A great afternoon in the middle of week. Thank you again, Julia.
