I love taking photos, always have since a small child, for capturing memories; a certain moment in time that can never be repeated. Worked as photojournalist on local papers back when black & white negatives ruled. Darkroom days and chemical smells! Also interested in how light transforms our landscape and invites an emotional response to our world. Now I take travel and landscape photos for my own interest and belong to a co-operative of artists at 'The Gallery at the Guild' in Chipping Campden. Been teaching digital photography, part time, for a while at a local further education college. My friend suggested I join blipfoto and I am about to be challenged!
