PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU START TO USE OUR SITE. BY USING OUR SITE, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE AND THAT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING OUR SITE.
Information about us
Our site is operated by Blipfuture CIC ("we"/"us") and may be accessed through the Internet or once you have downloaded or streamed a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handled device. We are a Community Interest Company incorporated in Scotland with company number SC522066 and have our registered office at Suite 2, Ground Floor, Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2HS.
Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us. When registering with our site, you must provide us with accurate, current and complete information. You also undertake to maintain and update such information so that it at all times remains accurate, current and complete.

When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our Acceptable use policy and our "Be excellent" contributor rules.

Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
