Striding out

After some deliberation, we made our decision last night about accommodation for the trip to Vienna, and received confirmation from our landlady today. Job done. Sorted.

It was another nice day, the last of campaigning for the general election. It was high time for me to head back to St Anne's Park, one of my favourite haunts. It was really pleasant, and remarkably mild. I parked on Vernon Avenue at the main entrance to the park and walked the length of the avenue and did a circuit through the playing fields and back to the main gate again. It did me a world of good, and I came home afterwards refreshed and recharged.
