Gift Wrapped?

Out for a walk with Ruby (dog) this morning to find this gift wrapped car!

So, is it:

A) A feature of being the 1st of March (a month too early)?

B) A small accident yesterday that resulted in some pain for the wee car (a bit like the cartoon toothache bandages)?

or

C) A pressie for someone - all gift wrapped for the occasion?
