raining to day it seems one day nice one day nasty so no beach front walk to day so i thought what i could do for the blip. As i did not get my challange bit in last week i got this week one in early.

Keith is doing chicken for tea it is the one that you put in the bag and shake it this some of the veg that is going with it. we had an unheath dinner so tea is veg.

also got some good news the op i am wait for has come though in about three weeks time so i will be all sorted after. And may be missing from blip for a couple of weeks so will have to make up for after.
