Why the fighting talk? The car got serviced today. The bill from the quote yesterday had gone up by over £400. I was not amused. In addition I had set some time aside today to load photos taken in Feb onto my website. It took far longer than usual as the server kept cutting off. Then I found that captions I'd added to previous uploads had disappeared so I had to do them all again.

The result was not much inspiration for blip photos until I meandered with Behr (our Bernese Mountain Dog) past this memorial to Rob Roy MacGregor. An outlaw? Patriot? Victim having lost money and cattle? I felt a bit of Rob Roy's spirit today. Good job that sword is well fixed in his hand! As for garage services and hosting servers - I shouldn't have been surprised. It's probably bau for them.

Now that my wallet is lighter and the website up to date I shall walk less leaden-footed tomorrow and the risk of a civil uprising has receded for now.
