No 8?

Well i had a Bartitsu course on sunday...these are the bruises i got on my arm and wrist. its very painful at the minute and feels like my wrist might be broken again. No 8? i hope not...i have my grading in 2 weeks and 4 days. wrist is killing and a trip to the hospital yesterday left me with a wrist splint and codeine which just makes me feel sick...:(
