Go to work on an egg..

My lunch today, a lovely fresh egg from the farm shop - boiled with the aid of the Perfect Boiled Egg app on my iphone ;o)

It's not quite perfect as I like my eggs to be a bit dippier, but I think I overestimated how big the egg was. There are 3 settings, liquid, soft & hard boiled - I went for soft, so will try liquid next time.

And I know, I shouldn't need an app to be able to boil an egg but I've burnt out 3 pans boiling eggs. I get sidetracked and forget that I've left them boiling.

Would have been better with some nice crusty bread instead of the thin white sliced which is all I had in but the egg was delicious.
