Spider

Went to the gym tonight.
I've been trying manfully to get back into it in this last month, going a couple of times a week and building up on the various stuff I was doing.
Unfortunately I had to pull up on the running machine tonight as I felt something in my calf twinge.
Having done this before, I wasn't going to push it, so moved off and stuck to non-leg stuff.

It's killing me now, despite the hot bath and massage.
So sitting on the couch was all I was good for tonight.
This is Spider Solitaire on the iPad.
Crap pic, but fab game.

I think I'll go into work tomorrow and tell everyone within earshot, at every opportunity, how sore it is. ~wintersixfour will enjoy that.
