...Quite a nice picture to start this photo journal with I have to say.

Dining with friends has become a very casual thing to do during the week days for the last months but tonite, it was even more special. Our chef tonite was Michel and he made his special salad dressing from his mum's recipes that is unbeatable! Garlic, mayo, sugar for sure but I can't yet figure out what else he has in there as I was never to watch him prepare it... (maybe he got it from the shops! LOL) And, to accompany the salad, a nice piece of marinated steak ... :D

Also, for the first time, we got to use his outdoor stove and even got to eat on the balcony! Yay! That will not happen during winter though. So, better make the most of it when we can.

When's the next time you will be preparing these, Michel??? ... can't wait!
