High Street, Pinner - the former Victory Pub, since 1580, is now an Italian chain restaurant. Not ideal in some ways, but Pinner still has plenty of pubs (all of which seem to have a pub garden - bring on Summer!). The good thing about Zizzi is that they thoroughly restored the building and it looks fantastic. Better than it crumbling away I reckon.
