Vegetarians look away now ...

Apologies for the weird photo but one of the few pics I took today. A fellow dog walker and I removed this dead rabbit sometime at the end of the summer from destruction by labrador and hung him on a tree.
Wandering along today (and now the foliage has cleared) I spotted him again after all these months, lookin pretty sinister. (colour version here).
I also popped to a friends tonight where they were discussing who they could get to slaughter their pig. Twenty years a country girl (original Mancunian)occasionally I still have trouble adapting!
