A Sale of Two...*

Can it be World Book Day again already? Always nice to have an excuse for a lazy blip.

I bought this as part of a "three books for a fiver" deal last summer, but forgot I had it until recently. Just 81 pages into it, but I'm enjoying it so far.

I remember once reading a brochure about Paris, where the copywriter had lifted part of the book's famous opening line, saying something like: "When you stay here, like Dickens you'll look back and say it was the best of times..."

Funnily enough, they left out the words "...it was the worst of times."
