A view of Dundee

I've been to Scotland's fourth largest city today to view a development site for a client of mine.

They were wondering why certain homes weren't generating much interest and I think I may have stumble on something. This is the view from the garden and its not very inspiring.

Cant really screen the view so perhaps a review of the asking price may be in order.
