BIKER SPEED BUMPS

I get a kick out of this sign every time I come by it. They have been working on widening the busy Capilano Road for month and yipee, included a much needed bike lane to keep the biker safe.......
Not so sure if the sign makes them feel safe! Apparently the bump were build to ensure that not all the water runs all the way down the hill.
Curious to see if it will stay that way!
