Had a great day today. With my new camera. At the zoo. With C.
Only two penguins could be bothered to parade - but as their breeding season just started, who can blame them?
I'm not sure that this is the best of the photographs I took (there are 543 of them - there was experimenting to be done). But it is one I couldn't have taken at all in the available light without the birthday present camera.
To think that when I started blipping, 573 days ago, I didn't think I'd ever want more than a decent point and shoot. Can't say I wasn't warned it would be an expensive addiction though.
And oh yes, happy birthday to me.
