Spring is coming

A while ago I took a picture of the dead, dried sedum heads in my garden. I still haven't cut them off because they look wonderful in the sunshine even now.

These are the new shoots appearing and I know I can look forward to stunning bronze stems and deep pink flowers that will be covered with butterflies and bees.
