Seed Head

I don't know what it is, saw it on Sunday afternoon and picked two, but all the seeds were long gone, I just liked the shapes of the holes. If you know what it is I would love to know, thanks.

Another morning spent in Trowbridge at the Mind office, a lot slower today, not manically stuffing letters into envelopes, just trying to find things within the office. I know it will take time and I will get there.
