well, ok, it only fruit juice, processed by fermentation... does it count for this weeks challenge?
Anyway, did 6 out of 12 items on my list today. Avoided the reports; must, must, must get on with them.
I spent a lovely hour or so with DD at the gym, finding an activity which we can both do, and during which we can chat was tricky, but so far so good with this one.
Another driving lesson, this time with a purpose, to pick up GF and take her out to dinner. Aaaaw, sweet.
Weight still dropping, only a little way to go now, I'm concentrating on strengthening muscles now.
Looks like a blipmeet is going to happen.
