Bread....

This is bread without wheat. It's crumbly, dry and imposable to butter. Faced with this and a powerful need to have a roll, I caved and had a sun dried tomato roll with chicken, bacon and salad today. I have to say it was delicious!! As it's the only wheaty thing I've had for a while I should be ok.
