Day's end

Several thousand feet above ground, the sun sets over a sea of clouds. We were on our way to South Beach from Washington. Our landing got delayed by about 40 mms: apparently Obama was due to return to Washington from Miami and they closed the airport for security reasons.... Thought I'd gotten away from this!
Caught up with our youngest daughter who goes to university here: amazing how she's already got the 'Miami swagger!' nice dinner outdoors altogether. The girls are heading out to a club. Hubby and I will call it a nite.
Looking forward to a lazy day at the beach tomorrow!
