The Girls

I'm stretching the point with my title, as we haven't been girls for quite a while!

I think it must be around 25 years that we have been having nights out together. At first, this was a pub crawl around a nearby town every Friday night, a half in about 6 pubs, then to a nightclub for dancing.

Since we have married and some of us had children, our nights are now to mark birthdays and other special occasions, and we go for meals rather than dance.

The round table helped immensely with the flow of conversation and laughter, and the good food and wine played it's part.

I had a great time tonight. Long may 'The Girls Night Out' continue!
