Preparation

My wife is an expert parent; mainly, in my opinion, because she is the most thoughtful person I know. In every small way, she is considering what others would like and, with the wee man, this means anticipating needs before he has considered them.

Today consisted of much in the way of preparation; a lunch for visiting friends, bedrooms for decoration, garden for spring... and bringing bubbles for when the park got a little tired.

Saturdays are good aren't they?
