Oor Wullie

Well, looking at the very few photos I took today on the way home from town with my younger lad, there was a choice between a rather tasteful sunset and this. I decided that something in honour of a Scottish fictional hero (well - sort of) was appropriate on World Book Night.

For those of you who don't know him, Oor Wullie is 'Our William', the eponymous hero of a long-running cartoon strip. He's a spiky-haired boy whose other trademarks are his dungarees and the zinc bucket he sits on. Just type 'Oor Wullie' into google images and you'll find him.
