Today was one of those rare days when i think i've actually achieved more than i feel like i have, especially as i didn't really do much till about half 1! I've managed to write a fair amount of essay though, well ramble a fair amount, hopefully it's the right sort of rambling.

What made today though was the yummy scrummy evening. Renee is back from placement (YAY) so we made parmesan breaded chicken (except with cracker crumbs rather than breadcrumbs!) and potato wedges with red onion and red pepper and smothered in creme fraiche and melted cheese! Mm mmm... Chloe joined us after a bit for some chat and catch up and one born every minute watching. Aaah. Perfect lazy saturday night.
