Comfort food

I've been somewhat snuffly for a few days and yesterday my throat was getting scratchier and my voice deeper by the hour. Hardly slept last night due to a hacking cough so spent today under the duvet being looked after by Roland who kept me supplied with the following:

- ibuprofen
- cranberry juice
- lucozade
- chocolate with crispy bits
- liquorice twists
- supper of sausage and mash

Managed to sleep for a few hours although the bed was a bit crowded with me and three cats at one point. And am now wide awake at half past midnight. Barking like a seal ....
