Celestial Body

It was a beautiful day to be out walking in Cheshire. We thought how long it had been since our mid-walk picnic had been so pleasant, lounging on a grassy bank overlooking a burbling brook in the sunshine.

Our 6-and-a-half miles (a 20% increase on the last two weeks) began and ended in the village of Goostrey.

Was that a pale moon rising above the trees as we neared the end of the day?
